The rooms themselves were very nice and roomy, well-appointed, and pretty soundproof. The service was a mix; while some staff members were very courteous and helpful, others were rude and unhelpful. The location was convenient for visiting family members, but there wasn't much around. The dining experience, though it looked really good, turned out to be awful. However, the facilities were good, especially the live band entertainment. Value for money was decent, with some ups and downs throughout my stay.
